I specialise in Boxing, Thai Boxing, Football Drills, Weight Lifting and Weight Loss & Nutrition and CrossFit/Hyrox training. I am based in various Liverpool JD Gyms and Ironside Boxing Club. I also come to your house or a preferred place where I can do 1 on 1 or group training and different classes.
